Torchlight Parade at Seafair Posted by Lucy on July 25, 2012 The Torchlight Parade at Seafair is happening this Saturday, July 28th at 7:30pm on 4th Avenue. The parade starts at Seattle Center and travels along 4th Avenue to disperse at Century Link Field. Parade route will be closed to traffic.
